quick and easy yogurt bowl

QUICK AND EASY SMOOTHIE BOWL YOU CAN MAKE AT HOME

It’s the new year – let’s go 2022! Are you wanting to make healthier choices this year, but don’t know where to start or limited time is getting in your way? I get it. Working as a full-time Physical Therapist keeps me busy too and that’s why I love making this super quick and easy smoothie bowl that you can make at home and save money. These bowls can be like $12 if you stop and pick one up!

Tell me what I need to quickly make this smoothie bowl!

I got you. And you don’t need a lot!

Ingredients:

  1. Mixed berries of your choice (I usually use triple berry and use frozen)
  2. Greek yogurt (or whichever yogurt you prefer)
  3. Spinach
  4. Avocado (not a must, but I like using it to make the consistency smoother)
  5. Vanilla protein powder (optional)
  6. Splash of water

Blend it all together in whatever sort of blender you have.

I have the Ninja blender and I love it. I love the single serving cup and large blend options. My parents have the Vitamix and honestly, I feel like they both work the same. But you definitely don’t need anything fancy!

Now that it’s all blended, dump it in a bowl.

Toppings:

  1. Chopped up heath mini candy bar
  2. Greek yogurt (again)
  3. Coconut flakes
  4. Chia seeds (optional)

Layer them across the bowl like I did in my picture, or just throw them on top and enjoy!
